Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

All orders that are in stock are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you have purchased a “pre-order” item, processing times will be specified in the description of the listing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may occur due to an unexpected high volume of orders or postal service problem which are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

We offer shipping to all domestic locations in the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping to several countries. When placing an order, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking the Status of Your Order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
