- Once you've set the time, push the crown back in to its original position.
-
Screw Down the Crown:
- If your watch has a screw-down crown, screw it back in by turning it clockwise until it is snug. This is crucial for maintaining water resistance.
Setting the Date:
- DO NOT SET THE DATE WHILE THE TIME ON THE WATCH IS BETWEEN 9:00PM AND 4:00AM. THIS CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE MOVEMENT

Always ensure the crown is securely pushed in or screwed down after setting the time or date to maintain the watch's water resistance. If you encounter resistance while turning the crown, double-check that you are in the correct position (first or second) and not forcing the crown.
Winding the Watch:
- The NH35 movement is automatic, meaning it is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, if the watch has not been worn for some time, it may need manual winding.
- To manually wind the watch, unscrew the crown (if applicable) and turn it clockwise. Rotate the crown for about 15-20 times to provide sufficient power to the mainspring.
Power Reserve:
- The NH35 movement has a power reserve of approximately 41 hours when fully wound. If the watch stops, wearing it for a short period or manually winding it will restart the movement.
Water Resistance:
- Your Bell Dive Professional has a resistance rating of 20ATM/200M. Avoid submerging the watch beyond its stated water resistance level to prevent damage.
- Ensure the crown is securely screwed down before exposing the watch to water.
Maintenance:
- Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure the longevity and accuracy of the NH35 movement. We recommend servicing your watch every 3-5 years, depending on usage.
Avoid Magnets:
- Keep your watch away from strong magnets, as they can affect the accuracy of the movement.
Extreme Temperatures:
- Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, as this can affect its performance. Do not leave it in direct sunlight for an extended period.
